At Book Obsessed Co., each item is made to order with care.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopbookobsessedco@outlook.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We’ll work with you to make it right by offering a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled until production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled because each item is made specifically for your order.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. On average refunds take 5-10 business days.
