Shipping policy

All orders are handmade and processed in the order they are received.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Shipping:

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Estimated delivery is typically 2–6 business days after your order ships, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Book Obsessed Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once a package has been accepted by USPS, Book Obsessed Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package appears to be lost, we recommend contacting USPS first. If you need additional assistance, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
